A lot of family men in there. They all know about the video. They all plan what they are going to do to bring him some pain. A lot of pain. Lot's of time to plan, after all, he's in there for 4 years. Many of them are lifers. They have lot's of time to plan, prepare and execute. Just like he planned, prepared and executed his little video. Public prosecutor gets his/her conviction, percentage of convictions goes up, they look good when election time comes, they get elected, they go looking for more internet perverts trying to corrupt minors. The circle of justice keeps revolving.
